Abbot James was one of eight invited speakers at the annual Portsmouth Institute, held on June 22-24 at Portsmouth Abbey in Rhode Island. The topic this year was Modern Science, Ancient Faith. His lecture was titled “A New Heavens and a New Earth: Christian Eschatology in Dialogue with Modern Science.” All of the papers will eventually be available on the institute’s website: www.portsmouthinstitute.org
