Four men came to the Abbey for a ‘Come & See’ monastic experience weekend as part of their discernment of a possible vocation to the consecrated life in a religious community.

John Carter, an engineer from Waltham, MA.; Bill Re, a student at American University; Eduardo Gonzalez, a lay student at the Dominican House of Studies; and Paul Campbell, a student in the Music Department at Catholic University of America. They participated fully in our prayer, work and communal life, attending conferences on spirituality, Benedictine history, liturgical prayer, and vowed
life in community.
